Turmeric As an Effective Food Supplement

The University of Michigan Health System had compiled a list of clinical trials suggesting curcumin doses on various health conditions: 360mg 3x daily for Crohn's Disease; 400mg thrice daily for post-surgical inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis; 400-600mg 3x daily for lower back pain; 500mg 4x a day for stomach acidity, heartburn and indigestion and 550mg twice daily for ulcerative colitis.
